Who we are

enteroblivion.com is run by OBLIVION (Je Suis Adorned LLC), a body piercing and fine jewelry studio in Binghamton, New York. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to order.

Products

Much of our jewelry is handmade and hand-set, so small variations in size, finish and stone color are normal. Photos and screen colors may differ slightly from the piece you receive. We list gauge, length and diameter as accurately as we can.

Prices, orders and errors

• Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
• An order confirmation isn't final until your order ships. We may limit quantities or cancel any order.
• If a price or listing is wrong, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've paid.

Installation and safety

Body jewelry should be installed by a professional piercer. We aren't responsible for injury, irritation or reactions caused by self-installation, misuse or poor aftercare. Check the materials listed on each product if you have metal sensitivities. Talk to a piercer or doctor about any problem with a piercing.

Shipping, returns and gift cards

• Shipping and returns follow our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
• Gift cards can be used online and in the studio for jewelry and piercing services. They can't be used for tattoos or for independent vendors at in-studio pop-ups, and they can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires.

Payment disputes

If something goes wrong with an order, please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems are faster to fix directly.

Our content

The photos, text and designs on this site belong to OBLIVION or the makers we carry. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Broome County, New York.
