In-stock jewelry ships within 3 business days, and US orders of $99 or more ship free.

Rates

We ship within the US.

Standard: $8, free on orders of $99 or more
Express: $15
Insured Standard: $13, or $5 on orders of $99 or more

Processing and tracking

We don't ship on weekends or holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Insured shipping

Insured shipping is available at checkout, and we recommend it for gold. If an insured package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll file the claim and replace or refund your order once the claim is approved. Uninsured packages are the carrier's responsibility once they've been picked up, and we'll gladly help you file a claim with them.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email info@enteroblivion.com right away. We can't change it once a shipping label has been printed.

Preorders and special orders

These ship as soon as they arrive from the maker. Lead times vary and are listed on the product page but generally range between 30 and 120 days.

Local pickup

Pickup is free. Choose it at checkout; orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is. Pick it up at the studio, 141 Washington Street, Binghamton, NY, during regular store hours (see the Visit page).

Merch

Merch is made to order by our print partner. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
